Pros

The office manager makes a consistent effort to promote positivity within the company by encouraging collaboration, monthly drinks, activities and supporting staff well-being.

Cons

Sadly, the cons have increased exponentially the past few years as products have been rushed to market incomplete, roles moved to offshore locations to save money, staff often disappear overnight without comment and clients are leaving in large quantities. As someone else addressed, the Customer Success Manager role is now retaining clients at all costs. Its a sad change after 3 years
