      - Very good Work life balance - good transport - cool mangement - lenient practices

      Cons

      - no onsite opportunities - internal hike negligible - you will get rusted here, not much work - invisible HR - slow to respond to changes around IT - lack of infrastructure like no conference hall, no gym, even the parking is paid
