Stable multinational company, good organization, decent money, reliable salary dates, tickets, medical care.
Cons
tiring multitasking activities, working holidays, hard to reform organization because of the long hierarchical chain any info must go through, they don`t allow any syndicates to be formed (albeit they largely respect your employee rights)
