Pros
The main reason why I enjoy working at OSV is that it's NOT an American company. My days of meetings about meetings ended the day I joined OSV. Because we are small, have no revenue, and work with all the latest and greatest technologies you are free to pursue your own projects.
Cons
It's a French culture so if you enjoy the BS that is American corporate structures you will probably not be happy. The French don't view Email as important and that takes some getting use too. I'm a huge believer that when the Cons outweigh the Pro's it's time to go. So far that has not been the case for me. I really enjoy my job.
