Salary is not competitive with other companies. The only pro of Orange salary is that it’s official and all taxes are paid, but it doesn’t help this when you pay your bills. Very low chance to have a career path. It is the best company for management (directors and heads), but not for simple employees (managers, experts, coordinators, executors).
