- Friendly working environment. - Very well organized. - Everything is based on process. - Office is very clean and neat. - Location is perfect for Heliopolis and Nasr city residents.
Cons
- Working on shift bases. - Some of the supervisors and managers are unqualified for this position. - Living the multinational environment with Egyptians traditions and managers mentality. - Benefits and salaries are much lower than competitive local service providers. - Not considering employees as company assets that have to be invested in.
