Pros
Process and work is stable and simple, a good budget given on training and development for employees, also funds employee's passion/interests, ac cabs and cooperative transport facility; overall healthy working atmosphere
Cons
HR policies need amendments - employees moving from one department to another don't get salary hike; employee remain unhappy; Employee don't get paternity leaves though promised to do amendment for it.
