Technical Support Engineer • Responsible for multinational businesses and local support in 166 countries and territories on the network support level. • We partner with CISCO, Riverbed, Juniper, Packeteer(Blue Coat) and Ipanema Network Boosters, my job is to make sure my customer’s network are up and healthy which I access and monitor mainly through all these devices. • Open tickets through our Clarify application and own ticket until the issue has been taken care of. • Make sure that our customers receive a consistent and excellent service. • One of the customer supported on the network is BNY, MasterCard and Visa Used Clarify and Remedy as our ticket database had a change to work with different cultures
