Pros
This company really does care about the community and the employees. There are a lot of green initiatives happening in the company that help reduce corporate waste. Also, we get 2 paid days off a year specifically designed to go volunteer somewhere in the community. The paid week off between Christmas and New Year's Eve isn't too shabby either!
Cons
This could be considered a con to some, but the overall structure of the company is very horizontal, not vertical. There are plenty of chances to get into a new department and try new jobs, but advancing in your own field can be difficult. It's just the way the company is set up.
