      Pros

      The philosophy is very good: very soft hierarchy (ie the office is open space; there are no reserved parking spots...) and everybody is encouraged to speak up

      Cons

      The actual mentality of many employees comes from a very hierarchical and competitive background. Interdipartimental cooperation is very difficult; often the bosses go looking for someone to blame if something goes wrong.
