      - great promise - good location & parking - higher then average remuneration

      Cons

      - Strategy for growth was confusing - Much of old MSD way of doing things still apply - Politics often got in the way of progress - Not enough resources to move projects forward with speed and accuracy - Communication between departments was poor, resulting in misaligned goals and delayed results. - No clear direction on how to transition from traditional business models to digital ones. - Limited budgets meant that new ideas were hard to bring to fruition

      Benefits were absolutely amazing and made it worth it.

      Cons

      Constantly changing everything, no matter if it makes sense. Willing to eliminate people immediately to serve their bottom dollar. Look at their stock, you’ll see sudden sharp increases. It’s every time they’ve let everyone go.
