Pros
Build relationships with some great clinicians. Some Regional Managers are nice.
Cons
Horrible leadership. I have a hard time even utilizing the term, "leadership" here because there are constant changes, especially after the acquisition of SeaSpine. Recent leadership was dismissed for harassing and have inappropriate contact with employees. The RVP's (Regional Vice Presidents) are nothing but inflated egos on a hierarchy tree. They do not care for the TM's nor ATM's and will not provide ATM's (Associate Territory Managers) nor TM's (Territory Managers) the support or guidance to foster growth. Expectations are unrealistic, particularly within a competitive DME market. They will hire just about anybody and will attempt to start them as ATM's, even those with years of successful experience. They like to hire young with little to no experience. Those with experience can sniff through the BS and tend to not last long, including myself, as I am leaving shortly. There is an overwhelming sense of fear and uncertainty across the board.
