Health/dental benefits are a step above having none. Vacation time is few and far between. NO SICK TIME, none. Male dominated, "good ol boy" mentality, dead end job if you don't do sales. Either they love you or forget you exist. Good work goes unnoticed. This place made me miss my previous corporate job very much even with its share of problems. They didn't have an HR until recently who is all but one person....
