Benefits are average to above average. A couple long time sales professionals that are very helpful & extremely knowledgeable.
Cons
Low salaries. Incompetent Managers. HR & Management come across as corporate henchmen. 3 owners, all with very different personalities & ethics. They change benefits frequently without consulting or otherwise compensating employees. Managers that know very little about the products or markets they are responsible for. Unique individuals need not apply, this is a place for "yes men", not for "outside the box" thinkers or anyone brutally honest. Managers that lie to get their way & an owner that lets them get away with it. Becoming very corporate in nature with micro-managers. Get everything in writing with email confirmation because they will not keep their word. Dishonest in how they acquire product lines.
