      Pros

      RxDefine brings together the best talent across disciplines and backgrounds. Which means the opportunity to learn and grow is amazing! Leadership also places a ton of trust in each employee to make decisions and also to provide feedback. There is a big focus on people -- from meditation to Employee Appreciation to a very vibrant kudos channel. Great product, working with great customers on a huge trajectory!

      Cons

      Very few to speak of...finding materials is sometimes challenging because there are several locations where content is currently stored.

      Pros

      (1) Radical Transparency - Finally… a company that actually follows through with the values they advertise (2) Low Ego - The culture welcomes debates, different viewpoints, and open discussions. You can even debate directly with the CEO! (3) Smartest people I’ve ever worked with (4) Incredible execution (5) Company is smart about cash management and knows how to make the right decisions for growth… I feel like I’m in a real rocket ship even in a rocky economy!

      Sometimes I get too excited about my work and don’t know when to take breaks :-)

      If they provided the service they promised they would be successful, dishonest and unrealistic.
