Worst place I’ve ever worked at - Travel Sales Consultant OutOfOffice.com Employee Review

- Management are extremely rude constant criticism in front of colleagues and personal achievements not noticed or praised for - they make you complete a 6 month review in which your pay increase depends on this review takes several hours in which you have to present a presentation ( this review is not based on sales performance but whether the management like you) - SUCH A HIGH STAFF TURNOVER DUE TO AN AWKWARD WORKING ENVIRONMENT AND TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT. I worked there for two months and in the space of that time there was 5 leavers not including myself!! - they expect you to work overtime and not get paid for it.
