- Management are extremely rude constant criticism in front of colleagues and personal achievements not noticed or praised for - they make you complete a 6 month review in which your pay increase depends on this review takes several hours in which you have to present a presentation ( this review is not based on sales performance but whether the management like you) - SUCH A HIGH STAFF TURNOVER DUE TO AN AWKWARD WORKING ENVIRONMENT AND TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT. I worked there for two months and in the space of that time there was 5 leavers not including myself!! - they expect you to work overtime and not get paid for it.

The team are really fun and that's the best part of the job. It's a forward thinking and inclusive environment.

It's a small business so the workload is high but it is manageable.

Great team to work with, WFH flexible options, LGBTQ+ focused ethos, travel perks, always developing, nice new office space in heart of Brighton, good commission

Cons

Challenging at times but keeps you on your toes and coming up with new ways of working so always learning
