There is nothing good for mentioned

Honestly I am telling about this organisation. 1) From last 2 year this company had not provided to me appraisal. 2)Mrs. Rini & Mr. Shwetank Jain is not supported. 3)There is no appreciation of your dedication. There is no support on personal behalf. I suggest you please do not join this company. If you will join this then you will waste your time. This behaviour is common for each & every employees. There is Mrs. Rini (she is very Egoistic women) she is think that employee will do work when she will shouted on employee. She will provide you only mental stress. She says that she believes in women impowerment but truth is she doesn't understand women situation. If you are not doing work according to Mrs. Rini then she will poked you that level, you will resign this company. There is no rule & regulations. Work environment is very stressed. Over all my last experience is very bad.

There is no pros . So kindly away from this company.

Dear all I am giving honest review of p2power as I have faced a lot of difficulty in this company. 1) there hot and relentless humid environment for production where production is going on and you can't survive till 2min. 2) there is no amenities like potable water, hygienic washroom, and dining area located aside of dirty washroom. 3) if your mistakenly forget to punch in, then your presence will be assumed absent. 4) there is no hierarchy of managers and employee. 5) company owner are not amicable ,she can fire you anytime without any valid reason as I had fired being a loyal employee. So In my opinion,this company is not suitable for a new joiner . Thankx
