      Management gets decent pay. Revolving door for most employees. Numerous Security accounts. Decent clients. Overtime always available

      Company thinks money first. Not enough qualified officers. Some employees have gang affiliation, and police records. Officers make low wages. No incentives for officers. Benefits are expensive.

      Not micromanaged, support available when needed.

      Cons

      Retention seems to be a challenge. With all contract work budgets limit the professional employees wage increase in comparison to the inexperienced employee.
