      Lot of available overtime. They will work you to the bone.

      Cons

      Really shady business practices. You will not get paid for all hours worked. Bad dude running this place.

      Management gets decent pay. Revolving door for most employees. Numerous Security accounts. Decent clients. Overtime always available

      Cons

      Company thinks money first. Not enough qualified officers. Some employees have gang affiliation, and police records. Officers make low wages. No incentives for officers. Benefits are expensive.
