      Pros

      There are a few good managers there, that actually care. Just a few.

      Cons

      Upper management doesn't care for their employees. They don't believe in family ethics. I have never worked for a mortage company, in my 15 years in the industry, that wasn't family oriented. They have their favorites, and it's not based on work ethics.

      My drive to work is long but its is a great place to work so it is worth the drive.

      Snacks and you can wear jeans.

      Cons

      LOW PAY even if you have 20 years of experience and educated. Location. Commute. NO Hybrid options at all unless you came during a specific time period of the company or if you are a manager. If you are an African American be aware that you will be micromanaged more than anyone else. Benefits are expensive and unaffordable.
