- New CEO fundamentally doesn't understand the business, leading to a very tense regulatory environment
- Politics on all levels, hindering any potential collaboration or progress
- Benefits being stripped back to bare minimum e.g. parental benefits to encourage women back to the office, gone
- All investment in DE&I canned
- Mass senior female leadership exit (CTO, CPO, GM Tech Delivery, GM Strategy, GM Practitioners)
- Attrition through the roof over the last 12 months at almost all levels
- Poor business investment decisions, leading to multiple rounds of redundancy
- Complete disregard for customers and partners
- CoS and generally the Office of the CEO lack a fundamental understanding of how to run a company defined as critical infrastructure
