Pros
I left the company 3 months ago after being offered a football coaching role overseas, after recently bumping into a few of my old colleagues, whilst back home, on a night out I thought I’d help them out by singing the praises of such a great company. I joined PH after cutting my teeth in telecom sales for just over a year and the difference between the companies could not have been more drastic. I left a business where the MD thought he was Jordan Belfort and ostracised staff on a daily basis and joined one where I was made to feel part of the family straight away. This is not to say you get an easy ride at PH, if it’s clear you aren’t pulling your weight you will be told so, but what do you expect from a world leading company? The people that run the company are salespeople through and through so they know how to motivate and incentivise their staff, during the 18 months I was there I was able to get an Audi TT (no I’m not a hairdresser), save a deposit on a house and stick a few nice things it as well. I have a lot to thank them for and when i eventually get homesick I’ll definitely look into returning, the Chicago office will do nicely.
Cons
Don't join PH unles you are going to give it everything, half arsed efforts won't cut it.
