Toxic environment, doesn’t care about clients or employees you are simply a number with a name badge, inadequate management, lots of “higher ups that can’t even explain to you how to do the job they want you to do … lol. constant scare tactics to threaten your job, minimal bonuses, no real training, so much approval red tape you can’t get anything done, will pick favorites and you won’t be in “the club”, not to mention constant firing they do not care about you. Run, don’t walk.
