Pros
The job, the commission, the people and incentives are all fantastic. The job requires you to engage, work hard and graft. The people are very welcoming and inviting. The incentives are insane, with multiple opportunities to get travel all over the world, fully paid by the company.
Cons
The hours are quite long, with the need to stay later sometimes. However, putting in the extra hours off the clock results in more commission and more money, therefore you can effectively dictate your pay check based on your work output.
