Pros
Flexible environment, great building, great colleagues. Some teams are great to work with. Gaps to grow within if you work hard and prove yourself. Employee discounts, time off. If we had better management this would be a perfect place to work.
Cons
Major cost cutting and employee layoffs has left the few remaining employees doing triple the work. I have been here five years and this is the fourth restructuring we are going through. A lot of people with years of history were made redundant. Management is sneaky and has made some think they have done a great job while trying to sack them all along. Management is not fair or honest.
