      great benefits, great job - meaning I love what I do and most of the people I work with

      Upper management micro-manages, work/life balance not a priority, made to feel like a bad employee if you don't work weekends and crazy hours

      Hybrid work environment. Decent benefits. Great brands!

      Cons

      Constant reorg and a revolving door of senior leadership in the past 6 years. Those who are left are asked to do more with less. Culture is far from what it historically has been.
