Pros
Pallidus is a start up company that recently had to restructure and let some people go. I fortunately was not one of those people, but I was nervous about my future. I looked and had an opportunity to take another job. I reluctantly turned it down. Nobody wants to lose their job. I am so happy I turned it down. A few bad apples quit or were terminated before they restructured. Others were let go due to the restructuring along with some of the poor management.
The newly promoted or transferred leadership cares and are making changes. They’re out working with us daily. Not sure about some of the complaints I have read on here. These bad reviews do not represent all of Pallidus.
I have never felt unsafe here. I also have never felt like I can’t express my concerns with management, safety or HR. I can say that I think the bad reviews on here are from former employees who were terminated (good riddance) or let go and current employees unhappy with the fact that the old managers who let them watch their phones all day are gone, and now they are going to have to put in an honest days work.
Is Pallidus perfect? Nope. It’s a start up company trying to make it. We now have a solid core of mostly good people and the sky is the limit. Wish the folks who feel the need to bash this place would just leave or better yet, put some of the effort they use to complain into helping us achieve our goals.

Pizza at the all hands meetings is getting old. Not really that good either.
