• Horrible work environment – Not a team environment, everyone is throwing each other under the bus. • If you are young or have ambition to grow in your career STAY AWAY FROM this place! You will not learn anything here, and it will show when you are trying to find better opportunities in the future. Absolutely no direction, and incompetent Managers. • No growth, no development plan, NO structure! You will never have a defined role; it will be random work being thrown your way with no support. • HR and upper management do not care to help or listen, it is a very heartless environment • You can’t have an opinion and if you do, get ready for the retaliation on all levels ALL I CAN SAY IS RUN! Don’t look back just run the other way – far away from Panasonic! It is not worth the stress, anxiety, lack of sleep, and the constant headaches!
