No Appreciation, Satisfaction or Future - Middle Management Position Paradigm Precision Employee Review

Paradigm is a Manufacturing Company. Upper Management has zero interest or knowledge of what happens on the manufacturing floor. Their sole interest is to position the company to sell and 'cash out'. They've let any and all people leave who knew and cared about the business. They cycle through poorly selected site leaders who can never make the monthly shipping goals. Poor performance has pissed off the customer base. The arrogance of management has damaged customer relations beyond repair. It's doubtful that GE will ever renew their expiring contract in 2024.
