Pros

There used to be a fun culture but this has pretty much vanished. You're surrounded by actually decent colleagues who are very capable and you can learn from. This is due to Pareto having hundreds of graduates walking through their business every week, and they can pick the best to employ. You CAN earn quite a lot there, and this will be sold to you as the work hard play hard type of environment... however this is maybe 5% that achieve this and most of the rest leave within the first year, and also don't earn very much.

Cons

Pareto unfortunately has a very old school sales mentality which they seem to need to uphold to keep the vision of being the UK's leading sales training and devlopment organisation. In reality what this menas is a very traditional approach to cold calling, KPI's for everything you can think of, expectation to work every hour until the unrealistic KPI's are hit with complete lack of regard for the hours you're supposed to work. If you're not being promoted you're being managed out of the business which leads to increadible stress. The view of Pareto is pretty poor in the market as every possible good lead has been completely burnt by being pestered by their relentless new business techniques. This leads to very difficult work to even manage to speak to decision makers. There is favouritsm constantly and employees who are successful, breaking rules and company policies to get to where they have.
