Cons
They hire many straight out of college and pay the bare minimum. Do not expect to get a review or raise from this place. They will run you into the ground before they give you a raise. Even if your skill set and time management skills improve over time, there is little to no room for advancement here. If you are good at your job, they will overload you with work opposed to dividing out the work evenly which causes late nights (sometimes 16 hour days) and weekends for some. If you suck at your job, you get off scot free.
The majority of senior management is made up of a bunch of unexperienced managers who only earned that title due to the high turn over rate within the office. Micromanaging seems is a huge issue, therefore it delays projects and response times to clients. Want to take a lunch? Forget about it. Eating through your lunch at your desk while you work is encouraged, while talking to / getting to know other employees is frowned upon. If you are good at multi tasking, you will be picking up slack in more departments than your own.
Words of advice to anyone considering working here: The experience is not worth the torture you will endure. Stay away.
