(This is invaluable!) - They listen to their employees and want to ensure everyone is right where they want to be as far as positions go. - Typically, the societies have annual meetings, so most employees get to travel at least 1x per year to cool locations across the globe. - My co-workers and managers are all the best! They are knowledgeable and really supportive. - Parthenon Management Group has an excellent reputation as an Association & Meetings Managment company and they are growing quickly.
