Pros

My experience at this company has been a valuable learning curve, allowing me to gain knowledge and meet amazing people. I appreciate the fast-paced nature of the industry, the attractive commission structure, and the great perks it offers.

Cons

Middle management and senior management were terrible, especially one individual whom I believe is no longer with the company. The organization is relatively new in Australia, so it is experiencing some challenges associated with the growth phase.

Pros

Honestly the PTO and some of the people are pretty solid

Cons

Yeah, it is an over glorified call centre with minimal benefit. Definitely feels like there is a lack of growth despite being in a fake urgency of “unicorn super growth”
