I learned the hard way that most of the reviews on Glassdoor are true. Upper management is chaotic and reactive. There is a constant fear of losing your job that starts in training and never goes away. I have never seen so much turnover in a company before. They would rather replace you than work with you.
Unfortunately, clients feel as mismanaged as employees do. Every single client has a terrible onboarding experience and constantly complains about the turnover with their specialists. The position I had focuses on upselling, but truly, you are trying to fix problems from their implementation, which prohibits sales. It’s a very service oriented role, even though you are not supposed to be providing service.
