The people, we have amazing people that inspire me every day. They are so smart and love to think creatively to solve problems and propel us into the future!
The perks and our beautiful campus. We are an in-office culture so it is very nice to have all the $4 delicious lunch options, on-site fitness center and wellness programs. Our landscaping is gorgeous and just getting to give high fives and see people winning is very rewarding. I enjoy seeing all the fun ways people decorate their work space and the extras when a birthday, anniversary, baby, wedding, etc... is celebrated!
Overall the pay is really good too.
Cons
Paycom definitely is not for everyone. We are a metrics driven organization with high expectations. We expect people to learn fast, be confident to problem solve and ask questions so ultimately we all get the desired results.
Depending on where you live the commute every day can feel long. Currently the city has construction going near the entrances so that stinks but it should be great once complete.
