Pros

Hungry company with good intention in principle to help businesses

Cons

There is too much burden on go to market team because the operations team is not reliable at all. There is no ownership. They are incompetent and just let mishandled tickets pass at the expense of the customer and the brand equity. How can you actually do your job if you are busy doing work of another department? Seriously
