Very toxic environment People are treated like slaves Professionalism is not valued, you need to be convenient and kiss up to the managers to be in favor Hrs trickle things out a lot Look at the employee turnover rate at the department and you will understand everything (there are cases when they tried to manipulate the figures and asked people not to leave the company in the specific period of time and go for unpaid leave instead not to worsen the KPIs of employee retention) All the directors and managers should be fired, all of them are super toxic

Cons

Lack of structured systems, frequent staff turnover that makes it difficult to identify the appropriate point of contact (POC), and challenges in obtaining data with sufficient historical tracking.
