Pros

Work life balance was good most the time.

Cons

Constant state of re-org. Like almost every 6 months teams were re-factored. Many projects start up after back too school, and expect to be 'production ready' in months for next year. Identity crisis. Do they build content? Are they a platform company? Is Management just chasing the cheese and your along for the ride? Walking into a college and when the students find out who you work for, they want to string you up. Getting hardware/software licenses was difficult. And commonly, if you did it seemed to be a hand-me-down. Strange environment where its like marketing, but has a massive overhead of engineering so waterfall and agile all smashed to gather into you having 5 bosses and unattainable goals.

Pros

When a project goes according to plan you can work with some great people and make decent money.

Cons

Bad behavior is tolerated when you have a weak team member. They are allowed to remain on payroll, even if they do not effectively contribute. The burden is often placed on the team members willing to pick up the slack. Promotions are not given to the most qualified. They are randomly assigned. There are some horrible scoring directors as a result.
