It's been 8months now working in PedalStart, it's been a great experience Obviously it's a startup so work pressure is on higher side but you get to learn a lot being here

Working hours are little extra

nothing at all, okayish salary

no time policy , no leave policy , come at work at 10-10:30 leave by (till they are not satisfied) people areworking for 12-15 hours per day no personal life at all they wont want you to have yur own time if its not related to work , they call it startup culture by treating employees as labours and even paying lesser than what a daily wage labour would get, they will say we are flexible but dont be trapped it is flexible from thir end they will call you when they want and leave you when they want everything weighs and favours them nothing is flexible for you.
