They have big attitude problem. the founders are egoistic, the core team is dumb and are in denial. Zero communication skills, will blame everything on you, expect you to devote your life to work for a measly salary. The core team is freshers at best, don't know how to run a company, that's why all hires leave within probation. They will sell big dreams but will give you nothing. They treat you like you have no skills, that they are doing a favour on you by employing you. Waste of time and energy.

No sense of belonging in the company, heartless ruthless management. No personal life or work life balance. They have no understanding of what should be done and what not. Expect you to learn all of the work in 10 days like you have worked there for years. No training structure. They want you to talk to team members and understand the company. No benefits given, medical or otherwise. Cut all of your salary if you take an off
