the job was pretty easy, store was easy to manage, upper management wasnt constantly in my business about things. pay was kind of ok for managers, plus bonuses

not much room to grow once you hit store manager pay wasnt enough for how busy some stores were compared to the dead ones

good team, training and support

pay was not amazing but work wasnt very demanding.
