Pros
Half the people there are nice. And a lot of the people there are competent. The company generally treats people ok and you shouldn't get stressed working there. The office in Fleet Place is a great place to work. Despite what I say in the cons, generally, the company does try to "do the right thing".
Cons
No training of any value. The only training I got was rubbish and there was nothing offered to help me with my role. There are some horrible people there, some of them in senior positions. They've grown with the company and are now in positions way beyond their competency level. They make short-sighted political decisions and stamp their feet to get their way. The company will expect you to give up a lot of your own time so you can stroke the ego's of the leaders. The company does try to "do the right thing". But it gets it wrong because they are so full of themselves. The senoir leadership team have given themselves their own brand. Nice enough people but very much a clique and no room to advance within the company.
