      Pros

      Great resources from its parent company, HOYA, but allowed the freedom to align with the local market. Fantastic products and really smart, hardworking people. Great to be at an essential service company during a pandemic. Well established brand.

      Cons

      Since it is so well established, it can take some time to understand how the company operates. Medical device is also a highly regulated industry so everything has to be auditable and reportable.

      Pros

      You will get medical sales experience for resume building. Doctors can be nice to work with.

      Cons

      Bad leadership. Products stale in market and they do not support sales team. Promote people who aren't knowledgeable. Current COO is a nightmare.
