Pros
Mass layoffs during covid despite reassuring employees their jobs were safe. 100s of skilled, loyal recruiters were laid off and told they’d be brought back ASAP. When work picked up again and they needed recruiters, they posted the positions without telling any of their “valued” former recruiters. Their internal hiring process is nonexistent. Instead of posting new vacancies on other teams on an internal job site, they would only post externally and employees would only learn about the opportunities by chance. The irony of a company specializing in world class recruitment solutions operating like this is astounding.
