      Pros

      Great salary, flexible work, training opportunities

      Cons

      They don't have the economic backing to sustain their employees. This year they had massive layoffs that they tried to pass as performance issues. There was no empathy for these layoffs as they just threw people under with no explanation or anything. Also, even if there is a lot of talk on Diversity and they have training and courses, in reality, they'll have you do recruiting based on race as they see fit for the clients.
