Pros
Always room for leveling up. Clear guidelines on how to level up. Managers were usually really helpful. Plenty of training! The pay was decent.
Cons
You could be stuck working some very odd hours as you have to conduct interviews around other people's schedules constantly. The case/workload can be overwhelming sometimes. I do think the pay should be higher for the amount of work being done. This job should easily pay in the $60,000 dollar range as entry level.
