We regret that you feel there are issues with management, office politics, and favouritism within the company. At TravelPerk, we strive to foster an inclusive and fair work environment and take these concerns seriously. We value transparency and meritocracy, and it is disheartening to hear that you perceive a lack of promotion opportunities and a disconnect between promises and actions as the processes are designed to avoid those. We currently have an annual performance review for all employees to recognize performance, reflected through pay appraisals and promotions. Managers get together as a community during our Calibrations process to ensure that there is fairness and consistency throughout
Regarding training, we understand the importance of providing our employees with the necessary tools and support to succeed, and we continuously work to enhance our training programs. Your feedback will be shared with the relevant teams, and we will take proactive steps to investigate and address the concerns you have raised.
