With the company leadership change into more agile, there is more and more room for innovation and experimentation. Moreover, there is less tolerance for political behavior and non-transparent communication.

At times, it feels that there is no real strategy behind the constantly changing direction.

Used to be a wonderful place to work before being bought out.
Cons
There is no feeling of teamwork anymore. Management could be quite nasty and favoritism ran high. New manager seemed to like running things like it was a third world country.
