Pros
I am having the chance to work on a product that make a a difference and have a great manager. Very nice building with great on site gym. Company is very formal - but very professional. Excellent interview and hiring experience.
Cons
Horrible vacation/holiday benefits - 8 holidays, no floaters, 18 PTO but that encompasses sick days and hence the overall policy is not competitive. Company is fusion of acquisitions that never acts like a single company. There is always a spending freeze/ travel ban from October on. No bonuses and pay does not compensate for that. ESPP is 5% off, not 15%.
